    Question Advice Needed

    Advice Needed

    Short Story

I am using Home 750ul data plan right now. Before changing in to 750ul data plan (900ul back then) I was using Home 250 start up plan. And once I got a bill of about Rs. 6***, which made me change into Home 750ul data plan. I use to download a lot back then and do very little browsing. BSNL usage check website will be under maintenance most of the time for me to keep track of my usage. Now I don't download much(I do, but less than 12 GB or so). And browse lot off web pages. And its really slow as you know. So I am thinking of changing to Home 500 data plan.

    Questions
    .

Which one is the best plan, Home 500, Home 500 Combo or Home 500 Combo Plus.

Will it give me the same speed(near 256 KB) at Night Unlimited time(2.00 AM to 8.00 AM ?

Is Night Unlimited completely safe if I used it between 2.15 AM and
7.45 AM (no additional charges) ?

    ● Is there any limitations to the Night Unlimited option ?

I have seen and understood the details of the data plans from Data One tariff page. But I would like to know the opinions of people who actually used or using any of the Home 500 data plans.

Please give advice on selecting a good data plan. I don't want to get a scary bill just in case I had to download a few extra GBs.

    ● Or should I stick with Home 750ul plan even though it's slow
    ?

    Extras.

I made a table to compare different DataOne Home Plans and their important features . I will give it here.

There is an Acrobat Reader(.pdf) and a MS Word(.rtf) version of the document inside the zip file.

home 500 is a data plan (bbrent+phrent both to be paid) ( 2.5 g lim) (calls as per ur plan)
    500c is a combo plan (bb=ph rent combined)(1.5g lim) ( 175 calls)
    500C+ is also a combo plan (bb+ph rent covered+100) (2.5 g lim and 50 calls)

NU ,speed are same in all
if you want to surf more i suggest go with h-500

Out of the three the choice boils down to Home 500 C or Home 500C+. If you use landline a lot to make lot of voice calls go with Home 500 C else go with Home 500C+.

All plans will give you the same speed. Your speed will depend upon the distance from the exchage and line attenuation.

Yes. Perfectly safe. I use from 2:05 AM to 7:55 AM and have never had to pay extra.

If you use the Home Combo plan carefully you will have no cause to worry. Read the various guides in "Broadband How to" section.

If you wish to download a lot (from torrents or Rapidshare, you will be constrained by this plan. On the other hand there is UL1350+ plan that is more expensive but twice as fast, unlimited and you can happily download all day long. With 1350+ plan you can download as much as the Combo plan but you will have to keep PC on for the full day.

500C+ is better because you won't have to pay additional rent for fixed phone.your bill would be Rs.600 & you will get 50 free calls/month.

to be absolutely safe restart modem(if using pppoe mode in which you get connected by just turning on the modem) or disconnect/reconnect(if using bridge mode in which you use windows to connect) at these times.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
