Thread: no connection

i was unable to connect to internet yesterday but today it's working .
this happens 2 times a month or so and it happens 1 or 2 times a month
frequently.
can anyone tell me what should be done?

This sometimes happens if there is a network congestion at your exchange/hub.

so what does that means and is their something that can be done to solve it?

You can do a basic troubleshooting just like what I've done when I encounter such problem. You can turn off your pc for about 5 minutes or if it is connected into a hub turn off your hub for 5 minutes also, then turn it on again. If still connection is not working call your ISP because sometimes they got also a problem.

It happens, if your modem cannot connect to the BSNL server to maintainance or due to noise.
