It must be a mistake from the BSNL part. I also got a bill like that when I changed from 250 startup plan to ul750(ul900). I contacted BSNL and they told me it was a mistake caused by the billing machine or something(don't remember what they said). And I only had to pay the real amount. BSNL won't charge you for no reason. The Best thing to do is contact you local BSNL exchange.

first of all make sure that your plan is indeed changed.if plan is changed from 250 to 750 your speeds will reduce greatly.in 250 plan you will get ~200KBps while in 750 plan you will get ~30-32KBps.

yes confirm the change, then report this to your exchange, wait till next this bill then get then bill again and u ll get the correct bill, but u will have to pay he late fee.

this happens when the plan change is not registered on the billing server, they update it on last of every month

Well, check your plan first, I suspect your plan, has the condition that Call charges are at Rs 1/min.

I think changing from Home BB plans to UL plans an extra charge is included in the first month ( Security Deposit : One month Charges)

broadband bill is generated & finalized on 4th of every month according to BSNL's portal entries regarding usage.after the date this bill is send to your local exchange & after 1-2 days you can get a copy of the bill even if you haven't received the bill yet.
