    Question Plz tell how to speed up bsnl ul750 plus!

    Hello!I am using bsnl 750 plus.Its tooooooooooo slow can anyone tell how to increase it.I am downloading torrent at the speed only 25 to 30kbps.It hardly goes on 30 else it remains 28 or 27.Please tell me how to increase it.
