Thread: How to setup a wifi?

Hi all,

First i need to thank this forum because it has helped me in many ways for my broadband connection setup and teaching me many things.

I just had a doubt if i can set my basic modem given by bsnl i.e UT 300R2U to get a wifi network at my house. Because i recently got my ipod touch and i can use wifi on it.

I know i need a device for this wireless net something called as Netgear. I just want to know this can can be set to have a Wi-fi. AM totally new to Wi-fi thing. So please take my request and help me out.

to make a wireless connection you need a wireless router as you said Netgear so apart from netgear there are lot many other issues too but netgear is the one which i really like to work on as its very user friendly and easy to configure.
