    absolutely correct....In UP some of the local exchanges is crossed the limit of BB connection and stopped giving connections,,but,,they have not stopped accepting money,,,:clown:

    BSNL may b slow in dealing with customers but they r consistent with everyone

    They dont discriminate too much whhether it is Jammu or if its Kanyakumari

    Again another thing which exacerbate the situation is,,,few of the local exchanges are not following the seniority in supplying modem especially type 2.whomsoever will cry for that will get it faster,,,,and over and above all...if some business plan applicants are there,,they are being given seniority superseding the home plan applicants..matter may be local..but new applicants should be aware of these,,,field hurdles

    There is nothing wrong in business plans getting priority. After all they are also paying more and will be using for business use. They do not get free downloading, etc.

    But i strongly feel that the order of seniority should be strictly followed....whatever the scheme,...

    Yes it may be true, but I have to see in this month's bill. I have not lodged a written complaint but through IVRS 1500 number.

    There is no use of lodging any type of request with 1500. I have raised many requests to activate the Value Added Services on my phone but all in vain.

    Very much true

    Always go to the nearest bsnl office n lodge the complaint

    or call ur exchange phone fault booking and book a complaint via phone

    they will call u or come 2 u then tell them wat ur prob is
