i wanted to know whether one can download rapidshares files through BSNL broadband service. does BB give a fixed ip address like the BSNL gprs.

You can download rapidshare files using BSNL BB..
BSNL BB dosen't gives Static IP.
After dowloading the file...u shud reset the modem to change the IP address in order to download another file from rapidshare...by doing this u need not wait to make your next download from rapidshare...

But now a days i observe that it dosent require to reset the modem...

U can download only 1 file at a time from rapidshare....
If u want to download more files simultaneously then you need to buy the rapidshare account.

If you download a lot from rapidshare having dynamic ip is a good thing.
