Broad Band via Landline without a doubt.
Broadband via Landline is cheaper and faster compared to the others.

Yes. BSNL. And Airtel, Reliance Broadnet and Tata Indicom too.

Broadband via telephone is the fastest in India. Cable Broadband is also capable of similar speeds but in India they suck big time.
