Thread: new broadband connection queries

Hello,

I just got a new broadband connection (BSNL) today
It is working fine

Since I did not meet the engineer I would like to know

1. I went for unlimited usage in the night (500 C ) plan, can I start using it today or some account details are yet to be sorted out.

2. I have not yet received my email id and also I did not get any account details, where can I get all these details?

How can I make sure what is my usage?

3. I do not want any issues with excess bill later, hence I am asking all this.

4. I went to the bsnl site, how can I check my usage?

To check the usage,visit the site BSNL - Broadband Account Management
You must have the portal Id & password. If you don't have a one call the cc & ask them.

Call the BSNL helpline, 1500 from the landline on which your BB has been activated. Ask the 'Portal' ID and password.

For usage check, go to BSNL - Broadband Account Management, use the Portal ID and password to log in.

You can start using/downloading now. Your billing will start from the day your BB has been activated.

please make sure when downloading at night

start 5 min after 2
stop 5 min before 8

your time may b diff from bsnl server
and all usage may b added to ur limit
