your SNR value shows that you have a little noise with your telephone line. may be due to the distance between your home and exchange
your d/w rate is good but SNR is low which may cause unwanted disconnections or you can say which can result intermittent connection, as you said you are just 100 mtrs away from exchange so thats good for speed and connection but it is possible that there is a minor fault on line and you can check physical setup of your broadband connection too. if there is any extn cable then also this issue happens. please check

as far as i know this 750UL plan is 256kbps plan, if it is providing 200kbps then you are not getting what you are paying for. In high speed connections like 2Mbps or 8Mbps 50 kbps can not make a big difference but in slow connections or 256 kbps connection 50kbps means a lot its about 20% of total bandwidth. better you check it once with ISP
190-200 kbps or KBps? There is a factor of 8 between them... if you getting 200kbps at a distance of 100 metres from the exchange then this is something which needs looking into coz thats too low and if you are getting 200KBps then I guess there is some mistake some where ... check the bsnl postal and see your account what plan does it show coz they might have made a mistake and put you on a 2mbps plan with some data transfer limit and in that case large downloads may result into huge bills... better check it now then being sorry latter... bsnl staff does tend to act very stupid some times given the fact that they all have a sarkari naukri and it doesnt make a difference to them.

see this what is happening same speed of my friend with 250 plan from yesterday 4.30 pm to till now.
Thats 220kbps.. its kind of on the lower side but I guess you can live with that although you should complain to bsnl about slow speeds and hopefully they can check your wiring and may be give you more speed at the isp node to make it a bit faster for you.
subra007 I have never been to Tripura , infact I dont even know anyone who is from Tripura except for you and would love to know a bit more about Tripura... always wanted to visit northeastern states but never had a chance... Mind posting a bit about Tripura in Travel section? It would be great if you could post a little bit about what all places there are of tourist attraction in Tripura![]()

My plan is UL 750 man and thats the badwithtest of 750 not 2Mbps line.
@subra007.
Bandwidth tests at bsnl site are unreliable.
Test at www.speedtest.net different servers
examples Mumbai and say Singapore servers.
Thanks for posting JPG attachments. instead of BMP.
Para two :
You have said that you could access from your computerwe four customers can even use each others acount 3300,750UL(me),250,500.
all the other three accounts. ( with different speed plans ).
Advise all of you to ask for 14 digit portal ID and password default "password"and check your usage. If the exchange does not provide the same give feedback here.
BSNL Portal .
Also required for changing User ID password./ and checking change of tariff plans.

NIB II Data Center Bangaluru Karnataka
Data Networks BSNL
Mail : dednwbb@sancharnet.in
All of you send separately email , asking for 14Digit Portal ID.
giving your USERID ( which will not be changed anyway. and is permanent. )
Also looking for ONLINE complaint page. will update.
Para two;
meantime use some Bandwidth meter to check usage ( other than u/l accts.)
a) Datafox for Firefox browsers only.
DataFox - A BSNL DataOne & MTNL TriBand bandwidth usage monitor
b)Dataone quick usage finder by sunish
