    Default configuration of wa3002g4 for multi user??

    can anyone tell how to configure wa3002g4 modem for multiuser

    also tell whether multiuser configuration will work for both wireless and lan ports...

    i mean can we use the internet from lan wire to one pc and through wireless lan to other laptop at a time..

    also please state the best security encryption for wireless network and how to configure

    thanks

    i think its not working for bridged mode.....

    can u tell me how to configure the modem for multiuser in bridged mode

    In Chennai link given step 6 select "Bridged." instead of PPP/PPPoE.
    Step 7 page will not appear. etc Save and reboot .
    Use dialer as usual.
    Whether will work for multi user see PM . Not sure about this.

    Start/ RUn type cmd type ipconfig/all
    Post data. How many computers desktop/laptop you intend to use ?

    when i give ipconfig in run the cmd prompt just flashes for a second and disappears.......

    i want to use it to one pc along with one laptop

    Start Run type
    c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
    2. TRY In "Always On Connection" enable DHCP.range say 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.20
    In TCP/IP properties check Obtain IP address automatically.

    You cannot have multiuser in bridged mode. Multiuser means PPPoE mode.

    Please read basic guides from Broadband How to section.
