Thread: Paying bill online...

Hi,
I tried to pay the bill online but failed. I have gone through Welcome to Bangalore Telecom District website as well as Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.- India's No. 1 Telecommunications Company. Getting registered with Bangalore Telecom is big task. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.- India's No. 1 Telecommunications Company is asking for 'Unique ID' which I don't have. It says, one can get the 'Unique ID' in monthly bill. I scanned my bill many times, I didn't get one.

Any help/information...?

Unique Id is the customer account number.

Customer account number (Unique Id) can be found from the telephone bill.

its written on top left side in unique id or customer id box
