hey guys i m not able to check my usage for nearly about 2 month.Whenever i want 2 check my account usesage detail from the site bbservice.bsnl.in it automatically redirect to bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal what is the reason

This is the portal for the newer connections (whose IP is 117.x.x.x).

I just logged in. No problems here. Try using open DNS.

Primary: 208.67.222.222
Secondary: 208.67.220.220

the reason is that bbservice portal is no longer being used by BSNL & that's why the redirection.try this link BSNL Portal it should work fine.

PS--@just4kix,the link you posted for BSNL portal is the one you get after logging out & that's why the unusually long link which may not work for some.

bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal. this is the new portal for BB user. you can put your user id and password there. in this website itself.

BSNL Portal Opens and redirects to another site. for Ip 117.xx.xx.xx users.
same as given in Post 3 . Tested.

dear robert_0007, in bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal i can't see option to check my account usage.

you have to first select my services tab.after that you have to fill the required entries & then select the duration.

you should be getting the page as shown in @essbebe pic he posted above.after entering you portal ID & login then you have to follow the steps which i posted in my previous post.

i logged in but there is no option to check my account usage

yesterday BSNL - Broadband Account Management opens but it shows error. when i click on the usage detail, it shows nothing,when click on the my order it shows null,null.... aslo shows error 500 when i click on sign out . But on the same PC and browser when put my frnds user name and password it shows ok. I also attached 4 screenshot.The first 3 of mine and the last one is of my frnd. So i want to make complaint to bsnl senior official. Can you guys post some email address of them

You can check your BSNL broadband account usage details at data.bsnl.in.

BSNL Portal Use 14 digit portal ID and default PW as password.
( get them from your Telephone Exchange.)

( see in your telephone bill )

bbservice.bsnl.in has been discontinued by BSNL. Call customer care and ask for a password reset of your portal password.
