    Default Uplink data

    Hi Guys

I am facing one strange issue. For last fortnight as soon as i connect to my office network via VPN within 5-6 mins abotu 20 MB of data is "uploaded". After this much of upload, uploading stabelizes. Earlier this used to be 2-3 MB. I checked with IT person of my office and they are clue less. I want to know which process is uploadig the data to where? Is there any way to figure out?

This happens only when i connect to VPN. This much of uploading eats my bandwidth limit very fast.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Vikas

I have already done that . It used to be "System Idle Process" which takes more than 95%, rest are below 5%.

install a firewall & as soon as you start the VPN you should get a notification about the process trying to connect/upload data or you can see in firewall logs.you can also use netlimiter software which shows bandwidth usage by each process i think.
