Thread: How to change Service ID and Password

I got my new connection for security pupose i want to change my Service ID and password i have got my portal ID but there i do not get the option to change service ID,only option to change portal password.On service option i get " sorry no records".Help.In My ordrers OPtion i get Sorry no records.

I think you can't change your service ID online. Better call CC or visit your exchange.

u cannot change ud ID , ANYWHERE unless u own it

thanx man really its fixed it cannot be changed only password can be changed
but can u tell me the procedure where is my plan shown like UL750plus

wel i m not sure , i have old 59.xx connection
so i hope a new conn holder can help u

When there are menu options available in the usage web site, ,
you should click them and see
what the new page contains.
Just as you changed your password. !
