Rep Power: 1   |  How to change Service ID and Password I got my new connection for security pupose i want to change my Service ID and password i have got my portal ID but there i do not get the option to change service ID,only option to change portal password.On service option i get " sorry no records".Help.In My ordrers OPtion i get Sorry no records. |

Rep Power: 1 | I think you can't change your service ID online. Better call CC or visit your exchange. |

Rep Power: 2 | When there are menu options available in the usage web site, , you should click them and see what the new page contains. Just as you changed your password. ! If you still cannot find the info, then post here your problem. |
