Default Where to complain to senior authorities?

    Hi Experts,

I am a BSNL broadband Hyderabad customer. From the past 2 week there is no internet. I found that DSL lamp on modem will going off for every 2 mins and again its up then the internet lamp will blink for 30 -40 sec and both DSL internet lamps go off. This happens the whole night. but during the day sometime i am getting the internet.

I made so many complaints on 1500 and yesterday technician visited my home to check the problem... when he cam the internet is working and he said everything is ok.. there is nothing he can do .... when i called the main person (i dont know his designation ) of my area the next day he said the problem come in the night so he cant fix because he and his team dont work in night time ( this is very funny ). When i asked why should i pay the bill for this month he literally says that just go to Main branch and cancel the connection.

Today i called around 15 numbers of BSNL officials everywhere i got the same response.. please contact so and so number... like that i have been redirected by every one i called.. finally stopped calling.

Why i am telling the whole story is... Is there anyway i can take this to the right person who can help me fix my problem.

    Or

Is there anyone who have already been through with similar problem and help me out to fix without Poor BSNL support.

FYI (who thought to ask error codes)
My setup is directly connected to internet.

What about the ADSL Splitter .You need the splitter to separate the Phone voice signals and BB data .
telephone line ====RJ11 cable ADSL splitter LINE
PHONE PORT ====>> RJ11 cable ALL PHONES
MODEM Port======>>Rj11 cable to modem ===Rj45 to computer.
BUY one from Electronic or computer spares shop or ask BSNL

Give your modem model or refer here for settings.
    REF:BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU

    try ap.bsnl.co.in redressal mechanism etc.

    @geeni.in

You should confirm that the ADSl connections are proper.
Modem UT300R2U : There are two models.
Anyway post screen shots of modem page showing
    1.Device Status/
2.SNR/ATTN/Line speed etc. ( statistics adsl)
Upload to tinypic.com and post the link here.

You can delete http // www and give link here
