hi friends,
I am unable to login to my BSNL account. I have windows Vista and it is showing error error And also i am unable to login to portal it is showing "Invalid Username Password" .
What Should I Do?

call the bsnl care 18004241600 and telll this to them they should be in a position to reset your password..

BSNL - Broadband Account Management opening now. Try with 14digit portal Id.password usually "password". unless you have changed it.

We need your 14digit portalID to "hack" and change your your userId PW . Since you seem to connect to Internet nobody has "hacked' your connection !..

the following thing happened

I had wrote my Portal ID, username and password on a page in my home 2 day morning he had came 2 my house.. he might have saw it and changed the password..

I knew his g-mail password and one day he had also told me tat he like the **** password. I tried it on my BSNL BB connection and it worked..

But Now i am facing problem he has also changed the portal password and i am unable 2 log in the the password is not the same so wat 2 do can anybody tell me????

It is extremely stupid to divulge user id and passwords.

Call support center ASAP. Call local exchage tomorrow.

1.Are you able to connect to Internet with your UserID ( nobody can change it ) and whatever password you are using ? Your "friend" could have changed it also.
Why he should change ONLY your Usage portal password ?
Motive not clear , other than simple harassment or fun.. I don't think he can use your BB acct .


2. In case Usage portal Password has been changed by your "fiend" (now!) you have to askBSNL to reset the password to default value or some other value. Send email to BSNL.or try CC tomorrow. Ask them the technical cell telephone number.
If you are using a WIFI router change the security Code also there.

It is incorrect to draw humour from a sad incidence.

he had changed both the portal as well as the login password. I tried 2 guess the password and the password worked for login but for portal he had put another password.

Why did he do that? And if you knew that he would probably do that, why did you let him access your system? And after he did the 'misdeed' did you confront him?

i did not tell him anything nor i told him i got the pass. Or else he would again change the pass....

the fear i have only tat he should not use my acc or he might bring a lot of bill...

You skipped my other questions...

Hacking BSNL user names are rare.There must be some problem in the server. You should call their service center for more information on this case.

I think you should report the situation to bsnl(in person) and get a new userID and password and get the old one deactivated.
