is evdo monthly bill separate or with regular landline bill?

can anyone with regular bsnl landline connection clarify? i was told while taking connection u that evdo monthly usage bill will be with landline bill. but now a separate bill has come.

I assume that its a BSNL connection
for BSNL EVDO is treated as a CDMA (WLL) no.
so it will have a separate bill only.
