Is anyone using BSNL EVDO service at Allahabad ?

Actually I enquired at BSNL Exchange (Civil Lines & Railway Station - Both are the biggest exchange
of BSNL at Allahabad) but the officers there even don't know what is EVDO.
First I have to explain them about "what is EVDO ? ",
than they look around here & there - further their responce is negative.

So anyone who is using BSNL EVDO at Allahabad please replly to me or give Mobile No.
so that I can make contact with you about how to get this service at Allahabad.

Or if anyone who is interested to sell the used EVDO / NIC connection.
