    Which Plan do you use and what is the Cost and ISP???
    I am a heavy Downloader I use Torrent and also have a RAPIDSHARE & Megaupload premium accounts...so which one should I go for?
    P.S. To download games and movies I keep my PC running 24 HRS.

    Its not 3g plan. We were talking about wired broadband of BSNL.I am having
    500C+ plan
    2.5GB limit @ 2mbps with Night Unlimited 2-8 @ Rs 600.For me its 480 (20% off) with 50 Free calls.For me its 175(BSNL error )

    The 6 hrs of unlimited 2mbps is the key in this plan.If u can utilize it well, its worth.I use torrents for heavy downloads because its not practical to wake up at 2 AM.Also the scheduling wont work well with most file hosting sites as they dont give stable links.Small downloads can be done in morning.Moreover
    I even play online games at a moderate level using hamachi.BSNL gives good ping for gaming with in the country.

    It was very nice of you to post a BSNL ad here with scanned copy of the advertisement. Many like me had no idea about this advertisement. It is only because of you that we came to know about this useful information. I do not want to see that you do not contribute further to this forum due to a bad comment you got. I too helped sahil in his other thread and he showed a very bad way of repaying the favour.

    Just report to admin and wait for him to take action. Please do not take this issue any further.

    Thanks alot Bro....for your help....but the thing is, I want Unlimited Plan..As I have used that plan earlier and I must say that this is the best plan I have ever used....but because of the download timings I switched to unlimited expecting the same speed.... bt they provided unlimited with 256 KBps in practical, I used to get 30 to 50 KBPS for torrent and rapidshare and rest of it...thats why I have switched....do you know any of the good provider who are up-to the mark???

    I dont think so.The 100 Rs plan from airtel is NOP.That doesnt even give access to www sites.Only wap sites
    The price for Mobile office (GPRS or EGPRS) is more than 700 per month.
    I am from kerala.Same apply to idea.Aircel is giving unlimited edge (EGPRS)
    for 100 rs per month.But i think they are not giving the full bandwidth of edge.
    I used it in some of my friend's mobiles.Its **** for browsing.

    I have used Idea and Airtel edge plans.Airtel rocks in browsing with good latency.But idea rocks in downloading giving full bandwidth of Edge.I downloaded 4+GB with my 6233 as modem in my PC before i got the broadband.I always got 20+KBps in idea Edge.The tariff was 7rs/day

    There are two 100 plans dude.........
    1. NOP @99 for mobile (which I have hacked to access in PC).
    2. @100 2 GB limited/month..

    Check out at Airtel.

    By the way, I can access all sites including wap, www in NOP.

    dear friends, after no reply from any of you regarding datacard modem,
    i have purchased micromax usb datacard which is hspda & gives me speeds up to 2 mbps on plain 2g sim from bsnl with a data recharge of 274/- only for a monthwith unlimited download.
