    Default Speed problem in evdo

    YESTERDAY I HAVE PURCHASED BSNL EVDO "CDMA2000 IX EV-DO".THE SPEED IS VERY SLOW, I AM GETTNG 20KBPS TO 30 KBPS. WHY I AM NOT GETTING 3.1MBPS. IN BSNL WEB SITE IT SHOWS THAT "3.1MBPS and Rs750/month.. WHY?

    Airtel
    In your computer:
    Start RUN type cmd Ok
    New window
    type ipconfig /all
    Copy/paste the data here.

    You are getting very less signals....
    Use additional USB cables so that modem get required power and signals so that it can able to attain good speeds.

    How much is your distance from the nearest BSNL tower??As your speed depends upon your distance from the tower.

    now i m getting goood speed... now i m connecting with cable. i dont know the distance of tower from my home

    You can even get good speed if you house in on 1st or second floor, or you are adjacent to a open window of your house.........

    well i m at 6th floor. i think bsnl tower is not near from my house. thats why i m getting only 2 network signal in evdo.
