Is BSNL EVDO Is not Suitable TO Download From Rapidshare ,Megeupload etc ?

Becoz i have read across some site that BSNL EVDO has static & shared ip ?

SO that we cannot dwnld frm file hosting sites with time Limit ?

And In madurai they provide MicroMAx 300C Data card

Is tat card ok & will it work in WINDOWS7

Or

I need to opt for other ?

I got the connection yesterday. getting very nice here in Kolkata. and I'm also downloading from filehosting sites (filesonic premium), also downloaded from megaupload without any problem..and micromax card is very good, I also have tht.
But my problem is I'm getting disconnected after downloading 976MB. So get the connection and let me know whether u r also facing the same problem or not ?
