Hi,

I have a very bad experience regarding the billing part of BSNL.This happened the third time.I don't receive bill properly to go and pay,The connection gets interrupted,Speed is low,and finally connection gets deactivated.and when i go and ask the people in Customer service center for the bill they say that they are also helpless finally I have been bearing the same issue 3 times the last year and want to move on to a different ISP.Could some one help me the way to get rid of the connection?? Few people advised to not to pay the bill after its deactivated and to unlock the device and use a different ISP but the bills are keeping on generating even for the time its deactivated.. I am really confused what to do? Could some one please guide me ?
