Thread: EVDO Chennai not working in Gurgaon ... only 1x speed

Why am i only able to connect to 1x speed in gurgaon (gold souk) area ...
Is this area 3G activated ?? ... Guys Please help me ... Its frustrating to use this wonderful device here ...

In chennai i got full 3g speed ... downloads upto 150kBps .. but here i am not able to connect to 3g ... the bars dont show any signal ...

But momentarily i did notice full bars ... and when i connected .. it went off and 1z got connected ... What should I do ...

(PS : if there is any other relevant thread please help me redirect .. i am quite confused )

i came across a .prl file to enable all india roaming. If any body can help me in uploading this into Capitel modem ... will be grateful ... or else if u can share any grugaon user name /pwd .... the slow speeds are aweful ... please help ...
