Thread: Bsnl Evdo prepaid unlimted confusion

i want to opt for bsnl evdo prepaid unlimited plan, so for unlimited plan, do i need
to do a recharge or topup.

in bsnl website there is two plans given.
first- RCV of - 830 Rs, card value- 752.49 Rs, validity- 40 days
second- STV topup- 825 Rs, card value- 747.96 ,validity- 30 days, unlimited

can u guy also tell me what is FRC ,and what is main balance.
