Thread: Help need recharging Prepaid BSNL EVDO

I bought a Micromax 300c EVDO modem and i have a Evdo sim from rajasthan (Jaipur). I want to use it in karnataka. Where can i recharge it ? I tried approaching the bsnl office but its closed as its weekend.so is there an possiblity of recharging it online ? and exactly howmuch amout should i recharge ? The guy from rajasthan who sold modem says 830rs is unlimited in Rajasthan.

yep the recharge is 830 only....

yeah but when i tried to recharge with rs830 from retailer it says "The transaction cannot be processed" and the retailer said it's not working ! I also tried 828rs which is Karnataka EVDO unlimited even that didnt work same message came !

And can any one tell me what is User name,Password,Phone number (which is default *777#) And APN in BSNL profile of the Micromax MMX 300c Modem ?????

try online recharging thru bsnl site...my guess tht shud do ur job....still better get a postpaid atleast u save urself a lot of time searching for the recharge..

as for the second question the cdma no is the username and same is the pass...my guess u dont need apn for tht...still chk on bsnl cc...m using cdma evdo postpaid with bsnl modem ..

see, first u have to activate the unlimited plan from the bsnl CSS, then as u bought a new
data card of micromax, bsnl guys will charge an activation fees of 350Rs, then your card will be activated.

It is not new .. It is already used for 2months in Jaipur by the seller with 750 Unlimited plan(830s there) which got over on 19th october.So I dont think i should again reactivate the sim card. I have to just renew the Unlimited pack right ? But iam not able to do so ..

The seller also said sim had 1yr validity
