Can someone provide step by step guide how to watch bsnl iptv on computer. I read somewhere that vlc player can be used to watch iptv on computer.

I am novice so need detailed procedure for this. I searched it for a while on internet but got bored of all the technicalities involved to make this possible . Please have your say on this.
