Thread: BSNL IPTV Setup Help Needed

Hello , My Network Configuration is -
2 Wired Connections Rest all Wireless Connections
My Plan is Home 750 UL
the wicebox is connected to the TV

Networking Equipments -

NETGEAR WGR614v9 ( 802.11g Wifi Router )
LinkSys WRT110 (802.11 Rangemax Router ) *still unused*
D-Link GLB502T (ADSL+ Modem )

My Configuration for getting internet connections before iptv was -
the D-Link Modem was configured to be in bridge mode and connects to the WAN port of Router
All Wired Connections are connected as normal in 1 2 3 4 ports and the PPPOE details are saved in Router and the connection is set to always on.

PS : All devices are assigned with Static IPs with default gateway as Router's

this was fine until iptv came , the problem is in IPTV the VPI/VCI settings is (0,100) but in bsnl broadband its (0,35) and in iptv it has to be in bridge and in my modem , i have never successful in configuring PPPoE connection

so i have to keep the BSNL in Bridge , but IPTV also needs to be in bridge mode .

is there any walkaround so that both are in bridge mode and both works ?

you could configure the dlink in pppoe mode , it should be similar to configuring the netgear in pppoe mode , what error are you facing while doing this?

i save it normally but i dont know for what reason it doesnt connect , pppoe mode is working with friend's modem .
