Default BSNL data card

The BSNL data card is a wonderful tool that helps you to stay connected to the internet while on the move as well as from the comfort of you home or office.

The BSNL data card has a CDMA2000 1X RTT PCMCIA type Air interface and is compatible with IS-95 A/B. It has an easily retractable antenna. The data card has a perfect statistic of a current connection flow. It also provides an accumulative total flow with a statistic reset.

The BSNL data card has a data rate of up to 153.6kbps. It also provides voice usage and SMS services. The data card also supports an incoming calling display with a ring prompt. It is capable of receiving a call even when the data service is connected online, for this you have to activate the call waiting service on the data card.

The BSL data card also has a phone book with a really large-capacity. It also supports the ROMSIM or the R-UIM card. The data card supports both the windows2000 and windows XP operating systems.

The BSNL data card uses a 824MHz~849MHz uplink and 869MHz~894MHz Downlink frequency. Its dimensions are 88.4 mm (D) x 54 mm (W) x 5 mm (H). The card weighs at around an approximate of 38g. It consumes a total power of 3W and requires a .3V/1000mA power supply.

If you want to buy the BSNL data card from BSNL, you can do so by paying Rs.2800. if you do not want to buy the data card you can easily rent it at a price of Rs.150 a month. The minimum rental period that you have to pay for is 3 months. The call rates as well as the other related charges are the same as those on a BSNL WLL phone. The data card number provided to you is actually a WLL number.
