Contact your relatives in Chandigarh and ask them to do an e-recharge on your number. The amount should be reflected in your account. Else u can ask them to message u the coupon code, u can recharge it out yourself.

    tried both,
the e-recharge option does not work as i m not in bsnl area.
and as i mentioned earlier that helpline number is not working so my having a coupon is not an option either,

m thinking of going to some nearby place with bsnl coverage to get a recharge done,

E-recharge should work out. It does not depend upon whether u are in a BSNL covered area or not. Wont the amount be added to the account even if we e-recharge the mobile while keeping it switched off? Anyways try the procedure again when u get into the coverage area.
