what could happen to UMS in Bsnl? anyone tried it in any zone

Do you mean UMTS by any chance? coz asking about ums doesnt make much sense to me... may be I am set to a different frequency here but it would sure help if you could elaborate your question..

UMTS is related to mobile communications which deploys IMT-2000 (3G).

it is unified messaging service(UMS) PROVIDED BY BSNL services like e-mail, fax, etc.,,,

I have tried to register in South zone ums at Cellone Unified Messaging Service @bsnlumsdotcom site

it gives the following error message:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Tried on the net with Internet Explorer and also with Mozilla firefox. Both had the same response.

Also tried on the Browser on my bsnl blackberry phone. Same result. This is my fourth attempt to register - unsuccessful. No idea what to do next.
