    Default Changing plan

I have been using the BSNL Excel Gold (Prepaid) plan since 2007 and every month Rs 70 is deducted,I use a one year validity recharge which is about Rs 3300.I will have to recharge my account soon as the one year validity is almost over,so I would like to know if I should discontinue the BSNL Excel Gold Scheme and change over to BSNL General all calls at 49 Paise and I would also like to know whether I will be able to get a one year validity with the BSNL General all calls at 49 paise scheme. Finally I would like to know if there are any hidden costs involved in this new BSNL scheme, all calls at 49 paise. Is it worth changing over from BSNL Excel Gold to BSNL General all at 49 paise.

You cannot change from excel gold directly to All @49 ps plan
from excel gold u need to change ur plan to karnataka mitra plan, and then recharge STV 49 from karnataka mitra plan
STV 49 is valid for 1 year
