Thread: More usage is reducing on less use.

Hi!
I had buy a new bsnl sim n made a FRC of rs48 and got lifetime+1000 sms + 100 video calls +512 mb gprs.
But when i am using it in just small browsing more data is reducing now onle 152 mb is left but i have only used it very less times.I havent downloaded anything and i have checked it in few more mobiles its happing same with my sim.I tried it on my mob and pc and same prob i am getting.

On the other hand i checked airtel sim but this prob is not occuring normal space is reducing in it as per usage.
plz help uregent.

There is an always on option for GPRS in some mobiles
try disabling it to fix this issue.
Also if GPRS is connected when not in use it uses data balance

mihir94 i said i tried it in few more mobiles but its n ot the prob with any modile.
Is it happning with this recharge or theres a bug in my number or sim.

Go to the BSNL exchange and tell the employees there about this proble(Call center guys are duffers)

Or BSNL must have purposefully done this
Try getting a different GPRS recharge next time

if u are using a 3g data connection ....the data speed is high if u load a gmail page it will take 1mb...so as such,.....

only 200MB free data avilable with new connection ..
