Hello....im having issues with the BSNL online bill pay...weneva i use to pay my dad's mobile bill using the web portal...everything goes ok...i submit the bank password and all the other stuff but in the end it says NO PAYMENT MADE...i used both netbanking and credit card option...what to do...i dont wanna waste time standing in ques at BSNL office
