Stv ..how to?

HI,
I found some interesting plans for bsnk in here:

But I'm not sure how to activate these plans. I've heard that I can send sms and activate any of these plans if I've enough balance on my account.

can someone help with the format of sms and the number to which to send the sms and also, can I do the same for gprs plans..??
