I have recharge my mobile (9431345310) with Rs 38 Wrongly to Increase my Validity instead of Rs 34 just 10- 15 minutes before as a result the amount was received but validity has not been increased and it is not added in balance also.
Therefore it is my kind request to you please adjust the above amount in my balance.

Nikunj for problems like these you need to call up customer care, only they can do something about it from their end.

You need to call customer service and put this problem forward, and it maybe that you will have to chase the call in order to get the problem resolved. However you do need to be aware that calls to customer care are chargeable.

I don't think much will be done by the service provider, plus the amount of money you will use to call customer care will end up being more than what you want, because companies don't instantly refund money back or resolve problems.
