Checkout torrentinvite.com for all your torrent invitation needs. It is a forum dedicated for torrent invites.

Additionally: No one will trade you any thing for demonoid invite codes in exchange for something as big as bitme. Demonoid codes are commonly available AFAIK where as bitme is much more exclusive.

bitme.org is one of the best private trackers out there specialising in e-books and all kind of learning materials. It has less than 5000 members, so its a very close knit community. They keep the registration mostly closed. Even if they do open it its only for a few minutes.

DUDE thy hv more than that.......the rules which u said r just the tip of the iceberg....
these r the exact rule book:

General rules - Breaking these rules can and will get you banned!

    * Do not defy the moderators expressed wishes!
    * Do not upload our torrents to other trackers! (See the FAQ for details.)
    * Disruptive behaviour in the forums will result in a warning ( ).
You will only get one warning! After that it's bye bye.

Downloading rules - By not following these rules you will lose download privileges!

    * Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ for details.)
    * Low ratios may result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases.

General Forum Guidelines - Please follow these guidelines or else you might end up with a warning!

    * No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the forums.
    * No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
    * No language other than English in the forums.
    * No systematic foul language (and none at all on titles).
    * No links to warez or crack sites in the forums.
    * No requesting or posting of serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks in the forums.
    * No bumping... (All bumped threads will be deleted.)
    * No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double.
    * Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section!
(Game questions in the Games section, Apps questions in the Apps section, etc.)
    * Last, please read the FAQ before asking any questions!

Avatar Guidelines - Please try to follow these guidelines

    * The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
    * Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.) For now this is just a guideline but it will be automatically enforced in the near future.
    * Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.

these maybe looking general in appearance but the site follows these rules till death...:001_tt2:

They have the best content out there which the TPB, demonoid or mininova can never match.

Also checkout: https://ssl.what.cd/ which is a high level music tracker. Can you believe a secure login page for a torrent tracker?

Also just look at the description on the homepage...fascinating!

I am somewhat surprised by this assessment. How can a closed knit community have the best (and widest) content? Suppose I have some good content which I wish to contribute. But the site does not allow me to register. So how will my content get online?

I know that many of you swear on the private trackers. But uptill now, I have never found anything that I wish is not available on public trackers. Of course, I don't download much. But whatever I download is old stuff - mainly movies that are rarely available on DVDs in the shop. And I usually find such stuff on public trackers.

    So I contest this statement.

Yes but these community/trackers are run by people who represent the "scene." Scene meaning the people who actually release all the 'pirated stuff' that we may download one day from public trackers.

You see when an album is released by someone, you have to wait for a few hours/days before it is available on public sites. On these type of sites there are dedicated users/scene-rs who bring you all the new releases within seconds of their release in the commercial market. Almost all of them have dedicated seedbox setups with 100gbps+ bandwith. It is most difficult actually impossible to maintain a ratio on these sites without a seedbox.

In fact What.cd and waffles are notoriously difficult sites to get access into. And even if you do get acess you will not be able to maintain a 1:1 ratio on these sites with your BSNL/reliance/airtel/mtnl broadband. They also have a very high seed to peer ratio. some times as high as 1000%. TPB has 60-70% seed to peer ratio...compare that!

dude its not only abt the community but also abt the content .......as for ur doubt the best difference can be made by the seeders seeding the content......on private trackers as what etc seeding is done by seedbox the avg upload by an uploader can go uptil n no of times in just a matter of mins......dude chk bwt or in case any indian trackers thy r by most pathetic ...a 700 mbs movie takes abt 12 hrs to complete on a sb n an 1.37 gbs take a full day ......compare it to sct where a 18.37 gb file just took 2-3 hrs to get dwnlded on a sb n uploading it to 1:1 took just took 6 hrs or so........

gosh still if u say public trackers ....chk for tpb ,,mininova thy report ur ip to MPAA which then blacklists the ip......plus the seeding time ..even on demonoid a 1.4 gb file took more than 12 hrs....my stats may be just incidental.....but i m torrenting for more than an year n private trackers just make u more sure tht whatever content u r dwnlding will get dwnlded fast as well as its wholly trustworthy unlike public trackers where u get viruses in torrents.....

^ Isohunt and mininova have started reporting ips to MPAA and RIAA.

    Wiki article:

A seedbox is a private dedicated server used for the uploading and downloading of digital files. Seedboxes generally make use of the BitTorrent protocol for uploading and downloading. Seedboxes are usually plugged in to high speed bandwidth networks, often with a throughput of 100 Mbit/s or more. Files are uploaded to a seedbox from other BitTorrent users, and from there they can be downloaded at high speeds to a user's personal computer via the HTTP, FTP, SFTP, or rsync protocols.

Seedboxes can run on most major operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Mac OS X). More expensive seedboxes may provide VNC connection, or remote desktop protocol on some Windows-based seedboxes, allowing many popular clients to be run remotely. Other seedboxes are special purpose and run variety of torrent specific software including web interfaces of popular clients like Transmission, rTorrent and μTorrent, as well as the TorrentFlux web interface clients.

    Important:
Seedboxes on high speed networks are typically able to download large files within minutes (only if the swarm can actually provide such a high upload bandwidth). Seedboxes generally have download and upload speeds of 100 megabits per second. This means that a 1 GB file can take as little as 1:30 minutes to download. That same 1 gigabyte file can be uploaded to other users in the same amount of time, creating a 1:1 upload:download ratio for that individual file. The ability of a seedbox to transfer files so quickly is a big attraction seedboxes hold within the P2P and BitTorrent communities.
Because of the mentioned high speeds, seedboxes tend to be extremely popular inside private torrent trackers, where maintaining an upload/download ratio above 1 can be very important.

Due to high bandwidth demands for such uses, many server and hosting providers choose to disallow torrents.

    Cool

Post no# 18 I have mentioned a private tracker named TTC in the tracker listin the level 10 trackers...here is some info on the notorious world of one of the most secretive and private trackers out there!

    Some facts about TTC.

    • TTC is an experiment.
    • TTC stands for "To The Core". The name is self explanatory - TTC exists at the core of the scene.
    • TTC has no domain name.
    • TTC has no PHP frontend, whatsoever. It never did. You will never see TTC in the form of a web page.
    What is TTC?

TTC is a scene topsite bittorrent tracker hybrid. TTC is a fully automated, uniquely scripted topsite that primarily utilises the bittorrent protocol, instead of the FTP protocol.

    Where did TTC come from?

TTC originated as a coding experiment by a handful of european FTP siteops known to be affiliated with and suppliers of major torrent sites.

The controversial TTC experiment represented a major step towards inevitable FTP and torrent site integration, a bridging point and hope for mutual understanding between the FTP scene and the private torrent tracker community.

    How does TTC work?

    The concept is fairly simple.

TTC is raced to like any other topsite. When a release is raced into the TTC gateway server(s) via FTP, scripts automatically create a .torrent file for the release, which is auto’d to several 1000mbit high storage slave servers in various locations around Europe. (namely Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany).

This presents a significant advantage over FTP sites – the topsite has a much wider bandwidth reach. TTC breaks away from the model of topsites existing as closely-knit slaves in the same rack and moves towards a much more open and distributed model, as is the nature of p2p.

Slave servers auto-leech the release from the gateway and of course, from each other. Once the gateway server(s) has hit a fixed ratio, it’s up to the slaves to hold up the swarm and “archive” the release for as long as diskspace allows.

As far as we know, TTC does not have group affiliates.

    How is TTC accessed?

TTC is managed and monitored almost entirely via IRC. .torrent files are searched for and downloaded via DCC.

Like other scene site, in order to access TTC, you need to contribute something to TTC. If you pay for a TTC slave, you are designated a fixed number of leech slots, that are yours to split costs with, share with your friends, whatever.

Either way, you are expected to hold up minimum seeding times when leeching to your home computers / local machines.

The exception to the paid-for route is the racing route, though TTC racers keep TTC racing to themselves for obvious reasons. Little is known about the TTC racers or the sites they source from, so there is little point in talking about this further.

If TTC is not a traditional p2p site, why all the hype, fake pages, etc?

Since this is, after all, the internet, you will hear just about everything about TTC. It seems to be everything right now, from an elite torrent tracker with a Russian URL, to being a lie and social experiment, and even to being hidden within FST itself.

Let’s be clear on something – TTC is not and was never meant to be for the torrent community. As explained, TTC is another step in closing the gap between torrents and FTP. As scene sites become more accessible and bittorrent sites become faster and less accessible, there has to be a meeting point at some time down the line. TTC tried to address that meeting point.

This is being carried out by people who are primarily sceners, not torrenters.

    Will TTC carry on?

Definitely. Although still in early stages of conception, the TTC experiment has proven to be highly successful. TTC can only grow. If we find that groups are able to release content directly to the powerful servers of TTC, and have their content fed straight to torrent sites, eventually the need for FTP may disappear altogether.

However, thanks to the unanticipated capturing of imaginations that the TTC name has brought to the users of the private tracker community, it is unlikely that TTC will continue to be known as TTC. Although, nick names do tend to stick

    Who is on TTC?

TTC is managed by sceners, but certain trusted torrenters already have access. Mainly some of the tracker staff, and uploaders.

Okay okay, I get it. What about me? How can I get on TTC?

At the minute, TTC is much more a topsite than it is a bittorrent community. As such, this general advice can be taken on the matter.

You do not find TTC, TTC finds you.
I think the last sentence say it all...
