hi there...

i want to buy the cheapest nokia 2730 mobile phone3G .. does anyone has it in India?

Here is nokia 2730 review.. please make sure that this handset has 3G

I am looking for a new one.. i think it is just launched and with some providers and retail stores...

i am willing to pay around 5000 bucks for the same...

i dont think its there... i had been waiting for this chap since last year

this is what i see in Nokia site...

Nokia 2730 classic is yet to hit the market. Its expected release is in 3rd quarter of 2009.

No, its yet to hit the market (international & domestic).

I Think Nokia is planning to launch it after everyone buys its 3110c...

first 3110c is achieved(i mean selling ) than they will start giving our 2730 also..

they are playing marketing game, .. moreover, i also think that they are taking the excuse of no 3G in India till now, so when market will hit it(3G launch) they will start selling this star phone and take over the market with their cloud...


but i have found a bug in 2730 even it before arrives in market..
and its in specifications.. when i saw the browsing capabilities, it resembles the Nokia 2700c where there is no inbuilt browser access,

opera mini is the default browser, so that if someone tries to see any url he is with the only option of choosing opera mini if he wants to download a file, the opera mini will close(but this leads to file download errors...)

network consistency may help,, but if your internet is not stable, than this phone may not help...

Yes, I think it has been launched. I am wanting to buy once myself. Saw some one amazon and mobiledia.com. You might wanna check with the seller if they ship to india. Iam going to use a parcel forwarding co called shipito to send me the phone once i buy it from amazon...i think i am gettting a better deal if i buy it from US.

Why not buy a new one? Very cheap
