Its not a very good idea to get a server in India with a 100mbit pipe as the prices of bandwidth are stupid in India as compared to data centres in USA or Europe
Any particular reason for a server specifically in India? The only thing I can think os is geo targeting but you can do that by buying a .in domain or getting a few inlinks from domain with .in tld

when you say 100mbit it doesnt really say much about what you are looking for coz the prices would vary depending upon how much bandwidth you are looking for
If you meant 100mbit unlimited bandwidth that would cost you anywhere from $1000 upwards with a dual xeon and 4gb ram in a good data centre in texas (Texas is the hub for data centres).
I have used layeredtech.com before and they are excelent and thier prices are unbeatable as far as I know and thier reboot response time was never more then 5 mins for as long as I had a box wiht them.

Give us a shout if we can help you with anything.

I just got 2 100mbit servers with New York Internet for beta launch of a fairly big project.

You'll definately get remarkable service with a company in North America and great prices - something you wont find at this time here in India.
