I Have Seagate 80 GB External Hard Disk. Brought In January 08 For 2700.
It Is In Excellent Condition. With 2.5" Casing, Its Current Price Is 2350 (with casing)
Expecting Price : 2000 + Shipping.

@varadh i dont think anyone wil buy it at this cost..as like sb21pro told 160 gb for 2200 then who will buy yor 80gb for 2000 + shipping>>>?? shipping charges will also minimum cost 200 to 300 so like overall buyer will cost tht much amount as buying brand new for 160 gb.. tht also from local store,, which most ppl still prefer.... seein.. evaluatin checkin prices from 2 other place and then gettin ideal one :19:hmy:hmy:hmy:

As sb21pro told 2200 for 160GB. He Is Telling The Price Of Internal HDD. I Have External 2.5" 80GB HDD. I Think You Should Not Be Knowing That External HDD's Are Much More Costlier Then Internal One.

yeah its true... External Harddrives r costiler becuase of casing problem,
One alternetive is buy an internal HDD and get its SATA casing for 750 bucks.
Totalling 3000 for 160 GB external harddrive.

i think chinmay is true.. like frankly telling... once u buy anythin.. to sell it as second hand one has to loose much money.. no matter how much old it is.. even 1 day also.. in yor case..though u bot it for 2700 i agree.. but its current price is already 2300.. and u selling for 2000 ppl will obviously go for new ones.. though yours in warranty period... sellin means loss. .. i believe..

As Chinmay Told Get An Internal HDD And Go With Sata External Casing. If Internal HDD Is To Be Made External. External Power Supply Has To Be Given To It And That HDD's Are No Easier To Carry. I Have 2.5" HDD.

I bought it from Richie Street,Chennai. This place is very famous for electronic & computer goods...You get all goods @ a very good rate.

Try inquiring more shops,may be you will the best deal.Also check on eBay...i just saw a deal in eBay "SATA 2 SEAGATE 160 GB Hard Drive: Rs. 2,399.00"

hey man ramesh u in chennai.....sorry bro dint notice that....i too bought a 500gb from richie street before two months and i bought it for rs3300 and the funny thing is now the price is increasing..(i have seen electronic components price decreasing only),,anyways it is due to the increase in dollar rates ......todays price is 3800rs for 500gb.....

500 GB for Rs 3300....thats a pretty good deal mate. & even Rs 3800 is not bad. I inquired few months back for 500 GB ; Rs 4200. From which shop did you buy?
