i have ortel cable modem 256kbps for recent internet connection,also i have ZTE ZXDSL 531B wifi router and a 8port switch.. my query is can i connect ortel cable modem to ZXDSL 531B wifi router for wireless internet connection ? in addition can i connect switch with my previous connection so that i will have both wireless internet connection and wired LAN + internet connection..??
plzz answer to my query.. and also suggest another option in case its not feasible...

Understand there is no MODEM from TV Coax to computer LAN port.
(If there is a cable modem ( model number ?), also) you can connect the RJ45 cable to
LAN1 ports of ZTE 531 B and try. from LAN2 to computer ethernet port.
If internet works, wifi also may work.
