Who is the Local ISP ? Reliance ?
What is the tariff Plan ?
Do you have to use a "Dialer" to connect ?

Check these links. Modem/router settings are same.
VPI/VCI as provided by your ISP.

Do you use the Beetel 450TCI with your cable ISP connection ? ( mention Name of Cable ISP)
    Start RUN type cmd OK
    New window
    type ipconfig /all
Copy/paste the data here( NO edit )

    Para two :
Test laptop works in LAN mode ( if ethernet card is built in )
Mention the OS you have .
