DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. MANY ARE FOOLED

Weblink Broadband services charged me Rs.5000 for Wireless device and Rs.2000 for Static IP plus monthly 500 plan. This Wireless device is routed on the terrace and from there Weblink - Santosh Jaiswal has given numerous connections to other customers in my locality. When I purchased the Wireless system, it was told it will be only for my usuage as I was charged for it. And I am giving 24/7 power backup for this internet.
When I questioned Mr. Santosh Jaiswal, who happens to be the owner of Weblink, he said I was in a hurry for the connection and so I had to pay for it. I have all the proofs that I was charged Rs.5000 for the device[ that Weblink had to provide to me] and I was NOT in hurry for connection when I already had Sify working well.
I was unaware that I am providing power backup to the customers in the adjacent area. They have fooled other people by taking uneven amount for installation. From me they took Rs. 5000. That was too much.
Weblink did not provide even 15 days service in a month for Rs.500 plan monthly BUT the usuage details are more than 5GB monthly!!. In their office these employees surf using peoples internet. I have all the proofs of phone calls to them, my usage details, my emails to their email ID, the wireless charge receipt.
I also questioned Santosh for the uneven charge, he said there was no need for the neighbors to inform me. This Weblink Broadband is a FRAUD company and infact if you personally visit their customers, there are many more complaints. I will be starting my own website just on this company to make people aware of these cheaters and stop Santosh playing games. I am doing this in my neighborhood and I am successful in making them realize not to waste monies.
