Hello , I just want to know that I get 1.8 Mbps speed . So, how much will it download in 1 hr ?

Firstly whats your ISP? ,also go to speedtest.com to know your actual speed.
And remember this speed is in kilo-bits and not kilobytes, so if your speed is 2mbps ,your download speed will be 256kilobytes,
1 kbyte=8kbits


So for 1.8mbps, a 700mb file should take approx 20-25mins
