You need to get in touch with ISPs that are active where you want this connection. You wont find much information on this forum because we normally get discussions about residential use broadband connections and may be an occasional office use and we dont have many people who use fat pipes so you are better off talking to ISPs directly and see what they quote you.

My guess is Tulip telecom, Tata communications, Spectranet (if they are there) and may be Railwire.

For >30Mbps cxn., you need to go for fiber based FTTH services.
