Since Alliance provides Ethernet cable connectivity which will require RJ45 WAN port in your router.Unfortunately, in ZTE ZXDSL 531B RJ11 WAN port or DSL port is available. So you better use a standalone router with RJ45 WAN ports.

    Thanx for the reply.
Well i want to share one incident with you.
Alliance uses browser login. You open browser, alliance page loads up, login username and password and it connects to net.
I dont know what settings i did, but i was able to connect to wifi in phone and the same webpage was successfully opened in my phone. Unfortunately when i entered id and pass, it said "Mac mismatch" as Alliance locks your desktop mac id to prevent stealing. Now i have found a way to change mac address of phone(dont ask me how :P [it involves rooting and stuff]) so as to mimic my pc mac address.
Now my dilemma is i cant seem to remember how i did that :?

    Yes.
So the cable from Alliance goes into the router and another ethernet cable connected to router to my pc ethernet port. I just cant seem to remember what settings i had :X

You had probably used the modem as a switch which doesn't need any configuration in the modem. You plugged the Ethernet cable from Alliance to one of its LAN ports.Just configure the IP settings you posted, in your phone or PC.It should give you access if it's not MAC binded.
But if it is MAC binded you would get access with PC or phone with the registered MAC address.(may use MAC spoofing to fool your ISP servers !! )

Is there any changes I made in Router that its not "transmitting" the net? :?
Yes alliance is mac binded and earlier it showed error as mac mismatch in phone but now i found a way to spoof!
    But first connection to ho!

There are some discrepancies in the IP settings of your PC & that of your phone as per your snapshots : -
    1.In PC : Default Gateway : 10.10.189.193
    In Phone : Default gateway : 10.10.189.198

    2.In PC : Subnet mask :255.255.255.192
In Phone : Network prefix :24
(It should be 26 if I assume the subnet mask given in PC to be correct.)

Also you would be able to access your router config page only in 2 ways :
    1. If you set the IP address & DNS server automatically. In this case your router's DHCP server gives your PC a dynamic IP in its subnet & you can access the router.
    2. Manual IP settings in which you enter the router IP in the Default gateway field & give your PC an IP in the router IP's subnet. As for ilustration, if your router IP is 192.168.1.1 (most common), then the IP settings are :
    IP address :192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0 or Network prefix :24
    Default gateway : 192.168.1.1
    Preferred DNS or DNS1 : 192.168.1.1

So,in simple terms when you enter DNS provided by Alliance, you can't access the router.
Now tell me can you access alliance on your PC through the router ??
