Budget wi-fi router for my cable internet..

I subscribe to a local cable internet service having a speed of 512kbps (1mbps at night).
It just has a RJ-45 cable connected to the corresponding laptop port.
-Have 2 laptops, 2 smartphones.
-House area is around 600 sq. ft., 2BHK, single floor.,range of around 8-10 metres would be enough.
-Use for surfing, Youtube, and torrents occasionally, often on mobile.
-I have shortlisted these three after reading reviews and flipkart ratings
1.D-Link DIR-600L Wireless N150 Cloud Router.
2.Netgear JNR1010 N150 Wireless Router.
3.TP-LINK TL-WR740N 150Mbps Wireless N Router.
Generally speaking, I'm inclined towards the Netgear after reading some impressive reviews on it. But still they have the same specification.
Only Netgear has 2 years warranty while others have 3 years. Someone please pick the best for my use.

Make sure you get a router that also supports USB modems. D-link routers that support USB modems will only support D-link usb modems so that brand is out of the window. Netgears have served me decently over the years but when choosing between a 2 year warranty and a 3 year warranty I would most defenitaly be inclined towards a 3 year warranty.

TP-Link looks like a clear winner here in my opinion provided it takes USB modems from other manufacturer. You may not be planning on using a USB modem just yet but the price is more or less the same so why not become future proof Even better if the router supports 4G usb modems so when Reliance JIO comes in and tempts with faster speed and lower prices you wont have to run looking for a new router.

If you want good signal strength then go for a router that has two antennas. Two antennas are not used at once but your machine will use the one which has the best signal strength at a spot at a given time. You will find lesser drop outs with two antennas and fewer blind spots. TP-Link does a good job with those routers so go ahead I would say. Just so you know that these routers use 2.4Ghz wave length which is just about half an inch or in other words microwave and they do not have a very long range regardless of the brand you buy as they are all regulated by the same set of laws.

By the way wifi connection also depends on the signal strength of your machine's wifi card like your mobile phone, laptop or desktop so it is not just the router but also your own machine's wifi card that dictates the quality of connection. For example I have a wifi router on the 3rd floor and my laptop connects at full bars when I am on the 1st floor but my mobile phone which is a samsung note will not even find the network at times leave alone connecting to it. I hope this gives you a better idea of how the whole wifi thing works.

Zeroed in on TP-LINK TL-WR841N dual antenna, N300 around 1.5k!
Only thing that my cable internet port is in the bedroom so a centrally located router is not possible.
I hope the range extends enough to reach my hall some 30 feet away.

@Admin-However there are no USB ports in TP-LINK TL-WR841N.
I didn't think it was needed but after reading your post I'm a bit confused as some routers have USB ports only for printers, external drives but not for wireless modems.

I think a usb modem port is a must especially when you are buying a new one and the ones with usb modem support amd the ones without are both similar prices not much different.

My usage at home is mainly for browsing and youtube, I hardly download large amounts of data. I would soon be upgrading my cable internet plan to 10 mbps which is more than enough for me.
Also my budget at first was around 1000 but then streched it till 1.4k for the TP-LINK TL-WR841N since you told me about the dual antenna need and also 300mbps.
SO I've finalised the TP-LINK.
