Thread: ugliest car on indian road

which car according to you is the ugliest of all in terms of looks.my list is
1.swift dezire
2.honda city (honda jazz derived version)
3.tata indigo

1. Maruti Swift.
2. Tata indigo/indica.

ok according to me worst looking car is,

new ritz

Tata Indica Vista is very good looking. I am not sure why people are voting it as an ugly car? Maybe because Indica's are mostly used as taxis?

Personally, I did not like:

a) The i10, DZire
b) Logan
c) The previous (2nd) generation Honda City (the first generation and the current, 3rd gen, are quite nice)

Yes, Ritz too is not so good looking.

Ritz (no competition)

i thought the RITZ has got an european japanese look to it,but it's upto someone to like it or hate it.

Vista is far better than Indica's old version.

Again, Logan can be voted as one of the ugliest car.

Xylo too sucks

a lot of the new, domestic cars have extremely horrid designs,i.e.

Ritz - poor attempt at a copy of Japanese personal vehicle concept transports which have similar, boxy designs. trying to mimic futuristic designs is just comical and belongs only on paper. the back of this car looks like a jigsaw piece that doesn't fit anywhere on Indian roads.

Dzire - pig ugly (sorry to/for the owners ITT). The tail design is decent, but DOES NOT go with the classic Swift front with the rounded headlamps, etc. imo, they should have redesigned the front as well. Coimbatore chop-shop design.

Xylo - when the ad first showed on TV, i thought this monstrosity looked semi-decent. on the road, however, it looks like an overweight WagonR, with the engine bay too small to look serious. The back is too high and straight. The Scorpio is 100x better in design. I'll also add that the colours on offer for the Xylo make it look even more repulsive...i mean, really, M&M!?? wtf??

The Vista is the only decent design of the new domestics. and imho, the Logan is not that bad. It even has a lot of interior space, something severely lacking in Indian-market cars.
