 Is CAS is implemented only in chennai? In chennai CAS has been implemented for some 5+ years and I wonder where else the CAS has been implemented? Is it only Chennai or other cities too have braced to CAS through cable TV? It is a pity that chennai has been reeling under this forced CAS which was introduced as a trial only but never reverted because of political reasons.  |
