Thread: 8600 GT or 9500 GT

I am looking for a new graphics card.Which is better 8600 GT or 9500 GT ?.I think both of them costs almost same.I have a 17" inch moniter. I am waiting for your valuable responses.Pls help.

I highly recommend you the 9500 GT PCI-e graphics card which will simply blow you away and there's no doubt about it as i am using it already, why? because it has many advantages over 8600GT which are:

-- Its a 9 series card (That itself is an advantage)
-- It sports dual DVI
-- It sports 512 MB GDDR3 memory

and many more, so the decision is your now mate!

I would also suggest 9500, as said Mr. player.

8600 GT is obsolute and if you have more money then go for 9600GT

I'd recommend a budget ATI card if you want to keep a tab ont the money...but dont' listen to me, i'm personally predujiced against Nvidia lol
